The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of applicable regulations, quality standards of the PE Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on special conditions for the functioning of the power system for subjective collection points participating in the Procedure for the needs of street lighting and buildings and facilities belonging to the Ordering Party and its organizational units, in accordance with the conditions contained in this SWZ in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. Determining the expected (maximum) energy consumption serves to select the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given quantities. The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantities of kWh are estimates and the Ordering Party has the right not to use the given number of kWh.
