The administrative need to be satisfied is specified in the escort service on the daily school transport routes, from the collection points indicated as stops on the different routes to the educational centers and vice versa, of the students of the compulsory level of education on which there is an obligation to transport. Therefore, the object of the contract involves the provision of care to children under twelve years of age and to those students with special educational needs during their transport and the operations of access and abandonment of the vehicle, as well as, where appropriate, the collection and accompaniment of students from and to the interior of the school grounds, in the cases included in the aforementioned article 8 of Royal Decree 443/2001, of April 27, on safety conditions in school transport and minors.

The object of the contract consists of the provision, in accordance with the provisions of the governing documents of the accompanying service on the daily school transport routes, from the collection points indicated as stops on the different routes to the educational centers and vice versa, during the school days established in the corresponding school calendar. Lot 1 corresponds to the following municipalities: Allande, Avilés, Boal, Cangas del Narcea, Castrillón, Castropol, Coaña, Corvera, cudillero, Degaña, El Franco, Gozón, Grandas de Salime, Ibias, Illano, Illas, Muros del Nalón, Navia, Pesoz, Pravia, Salas, San Martín de Oscos, San Tirso de Abres, Santa Eulalia de Oscos, Soto del Barco, Tapia, Taramundi, Tineo, Valdés, Vegadeo, Villanueva de Oscos and Villayón.
