Complete project management mission for the IGH decommissioning of building A of the CROUS universitaire Etienne Dolet located at 25 Rue Etienne Dolet in Clermont-Ferrand (63000).

The building is classified as IGH type Z within the meaning of Article R. 122-2 of the CCH.

- Full basic mission + complementary missions DQED - OPC - SSI

Estimated start date of the mission: July 2023.

Downgrading IGH of a building consisting of 5 levels (basement at R+3 included) accessible to the public (ERP 1st category in the IGH right-of-way) and 10 levels (R+4 at R+13) of student housing.

Missions (according to MOP law n ° 85-704 of July 12, 1985, decree n ° 93-1268 of November 29, 1993 and order of December 21, 1993):

Firm tranche "Studies": missions DIA, APS, APD, deposit of the PC, SSI (AVP design phase)

Optional tranche 1 "PRO-DCE studies": PRO, DQED, AMT, SSI missions (PRO-CJEU design phase)

Optional tranche 2 "Completion of the works": EXE, VISA, DET, AOR, SSI missions (reslisation phase)

Duration of the mission (excluding GPA): 3 years and 4 months.

The project management team will be formed into a joint group with joint agent:

- main agent: a TCE design office

- co-contractors: an architect (for PC file), a construction economist.

Mandatory qualifications OPQIBI 1216, 1217, coordination SSI 0322 and 0321 (mandatory and eliminatory certificates for one or more members of the project management team)

The same economic operator may not be the representative of more than one group. On the other hand, the contracting authority does not impose exclusivity on cocontractors who may therefore apply within several groups. The technical competence must be carried out by the representative of the grouping.
