Concluding a framework agreement with one contracting party for the provision of removal services for the municipality of Breda. This framework agreement will be entered into for a period of 2 years. The effective date of this framework agreement is 1 January 2024.
The client has the right to extend this framework agreement 2 times by 1 year at the same terms and conditions by mutual agreement of the parties.
The decision on this extension(s) shall be based on evaluation of the performance.
The organization of the municipality of Breda consists of a number of departments in which approximately 2,500 people are employed. The majority of these (approximately 1,300) work at the Municipal Office A and B at Claudius Prinsenlaan 10. The other employees work at various dislocations such as district posts, City Hall, waste service, parade (city archive), sports facilities and temporary locations that are spread over the city of Breda (see appendix "Overview locations municipality of Breda"). All locations are easily accessible, only at the City Hall an entrance gate must be taken into account (see photo: "Dimensions gate Stadserf").
The organization of the municipality is always on the move, there is a possibility that in the coming contract period the district posts will move to 1 collective building.
Within the scope is:
All relocations between buildings of the municipality of Breda (external relocations);
All moving movements within one building consisting of more than ten workplaces (internal removals);
Outside the scope is:
MFP’s;
Connecting and disconnecting and moving AV equipment;
Lockerkasten;
Connecting and disconnecting and moving IT equipment;
Relocation of art and antique valuables and the City Archives.
The Most Economically Advantageous Tender shall be determined for this contract on the basis of the award criterion of the best value for money.
