The contract volume listed below means an estimated volume based on the turnover of the existing framework agreement, expected quantities for the customers and what has emerged in the analysis before the procurement. This value constitutes the ceiling volume of the framework agreement. No guaranteed volumes are left.

If the turnover of the framework agreement reaches the specified ceiling volume or this ratio is expected to occur in the near future, Tjörn municipality has the right to terminate the framework agreement until immediate termination. Such termination shall not affect the validity of contracts concluded under the framework agreement before that date.

During the contract period, changes may take place based on political decisions, business / organizational changes, etc. that may affect the need, volumes, number of contract users or delivery points.

The order volume during the total contract period is estimated at approximately SEK 4,000,000

The ceiling volume of the framework agreement is SEK 5,000,000
