The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of fuel from stations. There will be one main tenderer and possibly other sub-tenderers.
Due to the nature of the business and the large geographical distribution of our locations, the contracting authority must take into consideration that the main tenderer cannot be the sole supplier of our vehicles at all of the fire stations
The main objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of petrol, AdBlue and diesel from stations. For some of the contracting authority's units, products and services for the daily operation of the vehicles, car care products, engine oils, accessories and kiosk products.

Biodiesel is currently not applicable for RBR's vehicles.
RBR currently has over 100 vehicles that require either diesel or petrol. We have both vehicles under 3.5 tonnes and turnout vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. Most of the small vehicles stay at the Main Fire and Rescue Station. The turnout vehicles are large and require a lot of space, with dimensions that are typically L×W×H = 11m × 2.5m × 4.2m.
Rogaland Fire and Rescue IKS has turnout vehicles and administrative vehicles. The main emphasis of the fire services administrative cars are stationed at the main station. Vehicles connected to The Department of Preparedness are distributed to different fire stations as described in "Annex 3 – Discounts, locations and stations". All of the vehicles shall be able to fuelled at all of the tenderer's stations.
Full details of the delivery are in the requirements specification.
