The market aims, in particular, to: - develop a neglected multifunctional green corridor, - create a shared lane of 3.50m for pedestrian cycles and scooters, - preserve biodiversity through the development of various natural areas (pond, rose garden, orchard, undergrowth, meadow, ?) - create leisure areas for children through playgrounds. The market is allocated in four (4) lots. It includes an environmental clause and a sub-criterion relating to social inclusion action

Lot 1 is for the realization of works of Vrd also including civil engineering and water supply

The purpose of lot no. 2 is to carry out green space work

Lot No. 3 is for the installation of outdoor furniture on 5th Avenue

The purpose of lot no. 4 is the supply of materials for the public lighting of 5th Avenue
