The purpose of this contract is to support the Métropole du Grand Paris in the prefiguration and implementation of the deployment stages of automated sanction control (CSA). This is a composite framework agreement, with one part processed at a fixed price, and one part processed at purchase orders. It is concluded for an initial period of two years from the date of its notification, and is tacitly renewable twice, for successive periods of one year, without exceeding a maximum duration of 4 years. It is allocated into 4 lots: - lot no. 1: Support mission for the overall design of the CSA system and the coordination of the project - lot no. 2: Mission to support the operational implementation of a derogation management platform - lot 3: Mission to plan the deployment of control equipment and signaling - lot 4: Support mission on the implementation of the GDPR and the protection of personal data
