The purpose of this framework agreement for the supply of rail is to carry out the preparatory studies, manufacture and loading of Vignole and grooved rails necessary for the various development and/or renovation projects of the Nantes tramway network.
The Framework Agreement includes:
- Preparatory studies,
- The manufacture and supply of GPU profile grooved rails or Vignole profile rails,
- Loading and transport to Nantes and its agglomeration or Quédillac (35).
it is a single-awarding framework supply agreement, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 4,000,000 euros excluding VAT, over the entire duration of the framework agreement, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2 ° of the Public Order Code.
The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for the supply of rails in the context of development and/or renovation works on the Nantes tramway network, such as the development of new tram lines or the renovation project of the Quai de la Fosse between the Gare Maritime and Médiathèque stations.
This is a single-awarding framework supply agreement, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 4,000,000 euros excluding VAT, over the entire duration of the framework agreement, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the Public Order Code.
This framework agreement will be executed as and when the order forms are issued in accordance with article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code.
The services to be performed by the holder of this framework agreement mainly include:
- Production-related execution studies,
- the production of Vignole and groove rail in 18 m bars,
- all examinations and tests, in accordance with the normative reference standards referred to in the following paragraphs,
- the organization of the factory acceptance of the rails,
- storage of rails in the factory,
- loading the rails in 18 m bars,
- the provision of acceptance reports (Pv) and certificates of conformity
- rail transport to Nantes or Quédillac (France)
