Description:
Printing and converting services in the district of Bautzen (output management)

The object of performance is the external implementation of the printing and inserting service plus shipping. The outbox is handed over to the contractor as an SFTP file. The printing and inserting is done with recycled paper (writing, printing and copy paper A 4.80 g / m 2 , 70's white). The paper used must meet the requirements of DIN EN 12281 and DIN 6738, LDK24-85. The recycled paper must consist of 100% waste paper (only secondary fibers), awarded the Blue Angel / RAL-ZU 14a eco-label or the criteria of the Blue Angel eco-label are met (self-declaration by the bidder). After printing and inserting as well as after delivery to the postal service provider, status information must be sent to the client. The letters to be transported are handed over to the postal service provider by the contractor sorted according to cost centers (core administration, waste management). Transport to and by the respective postal service provider must take place in weatherproof and closed transport containers. Documents to be filled in / created with the offer: Form 633 - offer (bidder must be recognizable), Form 124 LD - self-declaration of suitability, Form 233 - list of subcontractor services, Form 234 - declaration of the bidder / working group, Form 235 - list about Type and scope of the services for which the bidder will use the capacities of other companies, Appendix 3 of the service description, concept according to Appendix 4 of the service description, agreement on order data processing acc. Appendix 5 of the service description, proof of a valid license acc. Section 5 (1) PostG for the commercial transport of letters; Evidence of the approval of the Federal Network Agency for the price offered.

- Documents to be submitted to the awarding authority on separate request: Evidence according to Form 124_LD - self-declaration of suitability, form 236 declaration of commitment by other companies, proof of a valid license acc. Section 5 (1) PostG for the commercial transport of letters from other companies; Evidence of the approval of the Federal Network Agency for the price offered by other companies.

Core administration

The data encrypted by the client will be made available to the contractor from 2.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday. The contractor prints, inserts and delivers the same day the encrypted data is transmitted. After printing and inserting as well as after delivery to the postal service provider, status information must be sent to the client. The average volume processed is approximately 61,000 sheets / month. The total order volume per year is approx. 267,000 items: large letters approx. 18,000 pieces; Compact letters approx. 29,000 pieces; Standard letters approx. 220,000 pieces. The number of orders can vary, differ from the total volume and fluctuate seasonally. The number of letters is based on past experience. It serves as a basis for calculation and does not represent a permanent volume guarantee. In the future, further areas of the Bautzen District Office will be integrated into external printing. It can be assumed that the total volume will increase.

Waste management

The data encrypted by the client will be made available to the contractor from 2.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday. The contractor prints and inserts the same day that the encrypted data is transmitted. The dates for the transfer and printing of the data from the accounting runs can be found in the schedule. The average volume of sheets processed is approximately 280,000 sheets / year. The total order volume / half year is approximately 81,000 items (standard letters). The number of orders can vary, differ from the total volume and fluctuate seasonally. The number of letters is based on past experience. It serves as a basis for calculation and does not represent a permanent volume guarantee. The waste fee notices are sent annually on fixed deadlines. The schedule for 2020 is relevant accordingly.
