The tender includes design, delivery, installation, connection and service of two elevators.

The agency contract is part of the project "Banegårdspladsen" in Brønderslev, which is being constructed using the delegated client model, where Dansk Boligbyg A/S acts as delegated client on behalf of Boligselskabet Nordjylland. The building has a total gross area of 5500 m2 spread over 48 apartments and businesses.

The future supplier will participate in the design work from December 2023 onwards, after which the supplier will be able to deliver and install two elevators by September 2024.

The assignment is carried out according to the schedule, which is attached as Appendix 2 Project Material.

Requirements for the task are stated in the technical service descriptions and drawings that appear in the tender documents. The tenderer is encouraged to read and familiarise himself thoroughly with the complete tender documents; including the project material.

When submitting a tender, the tenderer must be able to document that the lifts have been produced according to a quality management system such as DS/EN ISO 9001 or equivalent.
