The object of this contract is the collection, transport and recovery/disposal of special non-hazardous waste EER 19.08.01 Screening residues and EER 19.08.02 Waste from sand removal, produced at purification plants and screening systems present on the sewerage network of the municipalities managed by Uniacque SpA.

The object of this contract is the collection, transport and recovery/disposal of special non-hazardous waste EER 19.08.01 Screening residues and EER 19.08.02 Waste from sand removal, produced at purification plants and screening systems present on the sewerage network of the municipalities managed by Uniacque SpA.

The activities to be carried out consist of:

rental of containers of the capacity and quantities listed in Annex A1 to the CSDP;

issuance of the Waste Identification Form;

waste collection activities at the production units, with the use of means and equipment suitable for handling (decanting, overturning, unloading) containers of various sizes and capacities, partly supplied by the Client and partly by the Contractor;

cleaning of temporary waste storage surfaces in bins and containers immediately after waste collection operations;

weighing of the waste at one of the Client's plants equipped with a scale (listed in Annex A2 to the CSDP) before the waste is sent for recovery/disposal;

transport of waste to recovery/disposal plants, by means of adequately equipped and authorized vehicles in relation to both the Highway Code and environmental regulations for waste management;

recovery/disposal of waste at specifically authorised destination plants, identified by the Contractor;

collection and execution of 1 (one) analysis of a sample of waste produced for each production site, for the purpose of correct recovery/disposal; This analysis will be considered valid for the entire duration of the contract.

The tender is divided into a single lot.

The municipalities covered by the contract are listed in Annex A1 to the CSDP

It should be noted that the Client has divided the provincial territory, for the purpose of functional management of the service, into distinct zones; The plants covered by the service in question are located in the following areas:

Purification Service zone A: East Plain, West Plain and Bergamo Island

Purification Service zone C: Bergamo and Valleys

Zone 2 Network Service: Valcavallina and Sebino

Zone 3+4 Network Service: East Plain and West Plain

Annex A1 to the CSDP also shows the area to which each plant belongs.

The Client reserves the right to extend the service to other similar plants, always in the Province of Bergamo and not included in Annex A1, if in the meantime it takes over the management.
