Open procedure, pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, letter sss) of art. 60 and art. 122 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 aimed at the supply for hire including full service maintenance of access automation systems and CCTV at car parks located in the Municipality of Rome and in the Municipality of Montecompatri (height via Casilina 341), lasting 48 months from stipulates the first application contract, which is part of the special sectors, to be carried out with the e-Procurement system.

The contract has as its object a framework agreement with a single operator, aimed at providing rental including full service maintenance of access automation systems and CCTV at parking lots located in the Municipality of Rome and in the Municipality of Montecompatri (height via Casilina 341), lasting 48 months from the conclusion of the first application contract. For details of the Framework Agreement, please refer to the specifications and annexes thereto. The total estimated maximum value of the Framework Agreement is EUR 3 109 394,44 plus statutory VAT, as detailed below:

(a) the amount based on the tendering procedure: EUR 2 369 648,66;

(b) security charges: EUR 845,72;

(c) 20% extension option of the contractual amount: EUR 474 098,88;

(d) extension option for a further six months: EUR 264 801,18.

The amount of the first application contract, relating to the rental supply including full service maintenance of the access automation systems of the Jonio parking lot and the station n. 1 of the control room, which will be concluded at the same time as the Framework Agreement, is estimated at 159 EUR 113,16 including non-downward security charges estimated at EUR 42,28. As part of the alleged amount of the framework agreement are identified pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended by Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 56/2017, labour costs in 246 928,00 EUR. For the first application contract, labour costs are estimated at EUR 12 561,96.
