The dynamic purchasing system will apply for consultant engineers and consultants within the disciplines stated in the contest documents.

The scheme will have an estimated value of approx. NOK 60 million excluding VAT a year, based on the annual turnover for the last 2 years and an assessment of future needs.

The scope of the procurement

The scheme will have an estimated value of approx. NOK 60 million excluding VAT a year, based on the annual turnover for the last 2 years and an assessment of future needs. The scope will vary during the contract period as regards the number of assignments and the financial scope. This will depend on municipal grants and priorities.

This is only an estimate based on the turnover in the last 2 years for consultant engineers within many disciplines. It is difficult to state a value as what minor projects and major construction projects are carried out will vary to a large degree.

The duration of the system is originally set to be 10 years, but can be terminated and extended if the contracting authority finds it expedient.
