The subject of the contract is the supply of medical assortment for the Department of Vascular Surgery for a period of 24 months, in accordance with the price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and in accordance with Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference
The contracting authority informs that in the conducted open tender procedure, it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party at
using the said procedure, it will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then it will make a subjective selection of the Contractor whose bid was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
