User and operator representation in the project Campus Technikumstrasse and initialization/strategic planning of further projects

With this call for tenders, the ZHAW is looking for a suitable user and operator representation for the further development and realization of the new and rebuilt Campus T (all construction stages) and further projects in the field of project development at the Winterthur, Zurich and Wädenswil locations [For such contracts in further projects in the field of real estate development, the ZHAW therefore reserves the right to award the contract bidder by private treaty pursuant to § 10 para. 1 lit. g SVO].
