The framework agreement has as its object the execution of the routine maintenance service of the works in green to be carried out on the track belonging to the Ligurian Trunk of the client, including the entire motorway axis and all the green areas owned and relevant to the same or complementary to it, even if accessible only from the external road network, of which the following main components are listed for indicative and not exhaustive purposes:

- motorway areas and related junctions,

- parking and rest areas,

- service areas.

The main activities of the framework agreement are reported in the tender documents.

The contract is not divided into lots as this is an intervention that for security reasons must take place in strictly coordinated phases.

The maximum total amount foreseen for the framework agreement, including the safety charges related to the risks of interference, is EUR 5 500 000.00, excluding VAT.

The starting price of the auction, net of the security charges relating to the risks of interference, is equal to EUR 5 445 000.00 to be offset to size.

The security charges related to interference risks, not subject to auction discount, are equal to EUR 55 000.00 to be compensated to measure.

The maximum amount envisaged represents the sum of the individual application contracts that may be stipulated under the framework agreement.

It should be noted that, as this is a framework agreement, the discount offered by the winning bidder on the list of asset prices does not affect the value of the contract to be stipulated which will remain unchanged, given that the amount of EUR 5 500 000.00 plus VAT represents the the maximum amount that can be spent during the duration of the framework agreement by Società Autostrada Ligure Toscana di Tronco Ligure Toscano through the individual assignments of the activities, which will be remunerated with the application of the unit prices lowered according to the percentage offered by the operator during the race.

The consideration of each application contract will be determined by applying the list of unit prices, net of the discounted percentage offer, increased by the amount of the security charges.

The contract will be offset to size.

The amount based on the tender includes labor costs, determined pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16 and 30, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, which the contracting station has estimated at 65% of the amount of the service, VAT and security charges excluded.

Award criteria: the most economically advantageous offer pursuant to the provisions of art. 95, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments according to the criteria and parameters indicated in detail in the document "Evaluation criteria" forming part of the tender documents.

It should be noted that the award will be made by resolution of the competent bodies of the contracting station.
