The subject of the contract is to grant the Municipality of Strzelce Opolskie a long-term loan, up to a total amount of PLN 9,000,000, intended to cover the planned deficit of the commune's budget for 2022 and to repay the liabilities incurred.

The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the granting and servicing of a long-term, PLN loan, with a total amount not exceeding PLN 9,000,000, collected in tranches, depending on the needs with availability until 31 December 2022. Repayment of the loan for up to 10 years with a grace period until January 31, 2023
