Waste collection, transport and management service code 19 12 12 (pre RDF), 19 05 99, 19 06 04, 19 12 12, 19 12 09 for RZUOK in Makhnacz, Brześć Kujawski commune, divided into seven parts

The subject of the contract is the provision of waste collection, transport and management services with codes 19 12 12 (pre RDF), 19 05 99, 19 06 04, 19 12 12, 19 12 09 produced in RZUOK in Makhnacz 41a, Brześć Kujawski commune, with the possibility of submitting partial offers for 7 parts:

1) collection, transport and management of waste 19 12 12 (pre RDF)

2) collection, transport and management of waste 19 05 99 (Stabilizat)

3) collection, transport and management of waste 19 12 12 - ballast from the over-sieve fraction

4) collection, transport and management of waste 19 06 04 – fermented waste from anaerobic decomposition of municipal waste in the energy pile

5) collection, transport and management of waste 19 12 12 - ballast waste obtained from the screening of waste extracted from the energy pile

6) collection, transport and management of waste 19 12 12 - ballast from the fragmentation of bulky waste.

7) collection, transport and management of waste 19 12 09 – Minerals (e.g. sand, stones).

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 (pre RDF)

1) Waste collection and management service code 19 12 12 12 (pre RDF) — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, waste remaining after the segregation of waste on the sorting line, together with the transport service of waste from the RZUOK in Makhchayu, Brest Kujawski.

2) The total estimated amount of waste planned for collection, transport and management, in the period from the date indicated by the parties in the contract to 31.12.2023, is 6 000 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste planned for collection, transport and management per month is approx. 500 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste planned for collection may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) The management of the collected waste must take place in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, in the process of recovery and / or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the offer form.

5) In the case of waste disposal through landfilling, the managing entity must have the status of a municipal installation referred to in Article 35(6) of the Waste Act (be on the list of the Marshal of the Voivodeship referred to in Article 38b(1) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012).

6) The Contractor in the offer form is obliged to indicate the recovery or disposal process, in accordance with Appendix No. 1 and / or Appendix No. 2 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, to which waste collected from the Ordering Party will be subjected, together with an indication of the name and address of the installation / plant to which the waste will be directed, with the proviso that in the case of waste management in the disposal process, this waste should be transferred to the municipal installation in accordance with the Article 38b(1) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

7) Waste transport should be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 7 October 2016 on detailed requirements for the transport of waste.

8) Waste will be loaded in cubes (in the event of a press failure, part of the transport can be transferred in the form of bulk). Loading of waste is on the side of the Ordering Party and will be carried out using a forklift.

9) Each collection of waste will take place by weighing the collected waste on the legalized scale of the Ordering Party, located in RZUOK in Makhnacz 41a, which will be confirmed by a weighing receipt. This document will be the basis for determining the amount of waste collected by the Contractor and the basis for settlement.

10) The Ordering Party will be obliged to issue waste transfer cards in an electronic waste database in which the entity transporting the waste and the installation to which the waste will be transferred will be indicated. The entity collecting the waste will be obliged to confirm the above-mentioned cards each time. The cards will be issued in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

11) Waste collection will take place successively on working days from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 20:00, after prior arrangement of the details of waste collection, including: date, time and type of vehicles, sent to the Contractor's e-mail address. The Contractor shall collect waste from the plant no later than within max. up to 4 working days (response time - criterion for the evaluation of offers) from sending the said application by the Ordering Party.

12) The place of waste collection is: RZUOK in Machnacz 41a, Brześć Kujawski commune (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship).

13) In order to ensure the continuity of waste collection, the Contractor is obliged to start waste collection within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of the contract.

14) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce to 60% the amount of waste referred to in point 2) above. In such a situation, the Contractor is not entitled to claim receivables for the unclaimed amount of waste, compensation for lost profits.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 05 99 (Stabilizat)

1) Waste collection and management service code 19 05 99 — other waste not listed (so-called stabilizate), which is produced by the bio-processing process of waste code 19 12 12 other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 — fraction 0-80, together with the transport service of waste from RZUOK in Makhvtz, Brest Kujawski.

2) The total estimated amount of waste planned for collection, transport and management, in the period from the date indicated by the parties in the contract to 31.12.2023, is approx. 4 800 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste planned for collection, transport and management in a month is approx. 400 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste to be collected may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) Waste management must take place in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, in the process of recovery and / or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the offer form.

5) In the case of waste disposal through landfilling, the managing entity must have the status of a municipal installation referred to in Article 35(6) of the Waste Act (be on the list of the Marshal of the Voivodeship referred to in Article 38b(1) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012).

14) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce to 60% the amount of waste referred to in point 2) above. The Contractor is not entitled to claim receivables for the unclaimed amount of waste and compensation for lost profits.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 - ballast from the overset fraction

1) Waste collection and management service with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, i.e. ballast from the overhead fraction, derived from the mechanical treatment of mixed municipal waste, together with the waste transport service from RZUOK in Makhnacz, Brześć Kujawski commune.

2) The total estimated amount of waste with code 19 12 12 intended for collection, transport and management, in the period from the date indicated by the parties in the contract to 31.12.2023, is approx. 12 000 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and managed per month is approx. 1 000 Mg. The monthly estimated amount to be collected may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) Waste management must take place in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, in the process of recovery and / or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the offer form.

14) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce to 60% the amount of waste referred to in point 2) above. In such a situation, the Contractor is not entitled to claim receivables for the uncollected amount of waste and compensation for lost profits.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 06 04 — fermented waste from anaerobic distribution of municipal waste in energy prism

1) Waste collection and management service code 19 06 04 — fermented waste from the anaerobic distribution of municipal waste in the energy prism, together with the transport service of waste from RZUOK in Makhvtz, gm. Brest Kujawski.

2) The total estimated amount of waste with code 19 06 04 intended for collection, transport and management, in the period from the date indicated by the parties in the contract to 31.12.2023, is approx. 10 000 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste planned for collection, transport and management per month is approx. 833 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste planned for collection may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) The management of the collected waste must take place in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, in the process of recovery and / or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the offer form.

5) In the case of waste disposal through landfilling, the managing entity must have the status of a municipal installation referred to in Article 35(6) of the Waste Act (be on the list of the Marshal of the Voivodeship referred to in Article 38b(1) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012).

13) In order to ensure the continuity of the collection of waste being the subject of the contract with RZUOK in Makhnacz, Brześć Kujawski commune, the Contractor is obliged to start the collection of waste within a maximum of 5 working days counted from the date of validity of the contract.

14) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce to 60% the amount of waste referred to in point 2) above. In such a situation, the Contractor does not have the right to investigate:

- receivables for unclaimed amount of waste,

- compensation for lost benefits.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 - ballast waste obtained from sifting of waste extracted energy prism

1) Waste collection and management service with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, over-sieve fraction after sieving in a drum sieve, material extracted from the energy pile, together with the service of transporting waste from RZUOK in Makhnacz, Brześć Kujawski commune.

2) The total estimated amount of waste with code 19 12 12 intended for collection, transport and management, in the period from the date indicated by the parties in the contract to 31.12.2023, is approx. 3 000 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste planned for collection, transport and management per month is approx. 250 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste to be collected may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) The management of the collected waste must take place in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, in the process of recovery and / or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the offer form.

14) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce up to 60% of the amount of waste referred to in point 2) above. In such a situation, the Contractor shall not have the right to investigate:

- receivables for unclaimed amount of waste,

- compensation for lost benefits.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 - ballast from the fragmentation of large waste

1) Waste collection and management service with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 resulting from the fragmentation of bulky waste, together with the service of transporting waste from RZUOK in Makhnacz, Brześć Kujawski commune. They meet the requirements for storage.

2) The total estimated amount of waste with code 19 12 12 intended for collection, transport and management, in the period from the date indicated by the parties in the contract to 31.12.2023, is approx. 2 000 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste planned for collection, transport and management per month is approx. 166 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste planned for collection may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) The management of the collected waste must take place in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, in the process of recovery and / or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the offer form.

1) Waste collection and management service with code 19 12 09 – Minerals (e.g. sand, stones), under-sieve fraction obtained from sifting material extracted from the energy pile, together with the waste transport service from RZUOK in Makhnacz, Brześć Kujawski commune.

2) The total estimated amount of waste with code 19 12 09 intended for collection, transport and management, in the period from the date indicated by the parties in the contract to 31.12.2023, is approx. 2 000 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste planned for collection, transport and management per month is approx. 166 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste planned for collection may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
