Execution of the works defined, in terms of their type, quantity and technical conditions of execution in the different areas of Águas do Tejo Atlântico S.A., being those of the following subsystems for each Lot:
- Lot I - North Wastewater Treatment Plant and EE Buildings of the North Subsystems
- Lot II - WWTP and EE Buildings of the South Subsystems
