The purpose of this public contract is to carry out compliance investigations of private collective and non-collective domestic and non-domestic wastewater management networks, and rainwater management networks and structures in Argenteuil, Bois-Colombes, Clichy-La-Garenne and Gennevilliers

This public contract is a framework agreement with single-party purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, then R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code with the following amounts:- no minimum amount;- maximum amount per period: EUR 150,000.00 excluding taxes.The maximum amount per period set out in this public contract (framework agreement) does not give any rights to the contractor and does not in any way bind the authority adjudicateur.la the value of the contract is higher than the maximum amount, as the holder will be the only one approved by the EPT Boucle Nord de Seine to carry out compliance checks on connections located in the territory. It must therefore be considered that the value of the public contract is equal to the maximum amount corresponding to the checks carried out at the request of the EPT Boucle Nord de Seine to which is added the estimated amount that the contractor will be able to collect from local residents.this public contract is concluded as of 2 July 2024 or its date of notification, whichever is later, for a period of 12 mois.il may be the subject of 3 tacit renewals, the periods of which are set out below:- first renewal: 12 months;- second renewal: 12 months;- third renewal: Until 31 December 2027.the contractor may not object to the renewal decision.In the event of non-renewal, the decision shall be brought to the contractor at least two months before the anniversary date of this public contract. This decision does not entitle the holder to any compensation
