LAP-ELY is looking for a service provider/consultant for field service tasks in the Oulu-Koillismaa region. The procurement includes, for example, the following subtasks:

— auxiliary official duties,

— the drawing up of opinions,

— assistance with regulatory inspections,

— tasks relating to the supervision of works (in particular road maintenance contracts),

— safety-related inspections — auxiliary tasks of the safety coordinator,

— the preparation of documents,

— other separate tasks covered by the Agreement.

In addition, the procurement includes the preparation of preparatory materials for decision-making and inspection, participation in official negotiations, reviews, decision-making meetings and presentations.

The tasks are divided into different categories of urgency.

The tasks are further defined in the draft contract of the tender documents and in the definition of the task.
