This contract consists of the following services:

- printing, handling and processing of the municipal and city monitor survey,

- design and development online survey tools survey municipality and city monitor,

- SPSS data format, municipal and city monitor survey and technical report.

In the context of a large-scale survey among residents of the 13 central cities on the one hand ('City Monitor') and on the other hand the other 287 Flemish cities and municipalities ('Municipal Monitor').
