1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity to 22 facilities belonging to the Regional Branch of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund in Lublin. 2. The sale of electricity will take place on the basis of the provisions of applicable law, in particular on the terms and conditions set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) together with executive acts to this Act, the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610 with later dates. as amended), concessions, provisions of the contract, as well as in accordance with the applicable Tariff for electricity and the Contractor's offer. 3. The subject of the contract does not include matters related to electricity distribution, connection, metering and energy quality falling within the scope of a separate agreement for the provision of distribution services concluded by the Ordering Party with the Distribution System Operator.

2. The sale of electricity will take place on the basis of the provisions of applicable law, in particular on the terms and conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) - hereinafter referred to as: the Energy Law together with
executive acts to this Act, the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended), concessions, contract provisions, as well as in accordance with the applicable Tariff for electricity and the Contractor's offer.
3. The subject of the contract does not cover matters related to electricity distribution, connection, measuring and energy quality falling within the scope of a separate distribution service agreement concluded by the Ordering Party with the Distribution System Operator.
