The object of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in all existing interior spaces within the envelope of buildings or buildings, with the exception of units intended for service facilities such as electricity, air conditioning, heating, gas and other similar. In the case of schools, the cleaning of the dining room, kitchen, pantry and how many premises are linked to the dining service exclusively, will be the responsibility of the Ministry of Education of the C.A.R.M. Likewise, the cleaning of premises is excluded from the spaces of concessionaires located in the municipal dependencies (hairdressers, cafeterias and bars) that have been awarded this service. In relation to the municipal buildings that house the nursery schools, all existing interior units will be the object of the contract, with the following exclusions: pantries, kitchens and dependencies that house gas, heating, air conditioning or similar installations. Also excluded from the object of the contract are the playgrounds of the centres.
