The assignment consists in broad outline:

• Drawing up a preliminary and a final design of an energy-neutral double sports hall including terrain design within the work area (see appendix 1 work area) whereby the design of the double sports hall must comply with conditions of use (including NOC-NSF) and laws and regulations;

• Drawing up a (phased) circular demolition plan for the existing sports hall;

• Taking care of the permit application including necessary examinations.

The design elaboration (Preliminary and Final design) is carried out in a construction team based on the DNR-2011. For the construction team phase, a construction team agreement is drawn up. The realization is carried out by means of a construction agreement under the application of the legal conditions of the UAV-GC2005
