The Municipality of Lund, through the Municipality of Lund's Procurement Unit, invites interested suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement of framework agreements regarding lock products and lock services as well as service, maintenance and repair of door automation (also referred to as lock and lock services)

Overview description of the mission

The procurement includes the delivery of lock products and lock services, including service, maintenance and repair of door automation, hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Assignment" for the Municipality of Lund.

Lock products, hereinafter referred to as "Goods", refer to goods such as locking systems, cylinders, keys (and copies of keys), accessories, other accessories in mechanical locks, door closers, door openers, automatic door closers and openers, and electronic locks that are not connected to an access control system.

The goods include mechanical locks, but in the future it may also include electronic locks, electromagnetic locks or other types of locks that are relevant to the business.

Lock services, hereinafter referred to as "Lock Services", refer to common locksmith work on the interior and exterior doors of various homes and premises. Locking services may include, for example, the installation, installation, repair and replacement of locking systems and door automation, unlocking doors and repairing doors in order to obtain a functioning door with a locking function. The locking services also consist of assisting in the design and implementation of new locking systems.

The procurement also includes recurring service of door automation, hereafter "Service work" in all properties owned by the Municipality of Lund. If necessary, maintenance and repairs must be carried out on these.

The scope of the assignment in detail is stated in the procurement documentation in its entirety, see, among other things, under the heading "Procurement documents". The Client intends to sign a framework agreement as follows. Framework agreements will be signed with three (3) suppliers

If there are not enough tenders that meet the requirements of the tender documents, framework agreements will be signed with fewer suppliers.

Framework agreements will be signed with the three suppliers who submitted the most economically advantageous tenders.

The distribution of assignments, call-offs from the framework agreement, will be made according to ranking.

Providing the procurement documents

The procurement documents are provided electronically through the TendSign procurement tool (see www.tendsign.com).

Submission of tenders

Tenders shall be submitted electronically through TendSign.

Only electronic tenders are accepted.

Last tender day

Tenders must be received by the client no later than .

Tenders that are not the requester provide within the appointed time will be rejected.

Extent

In accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement, the customer has the right to order lock products and services as well as service, maintenance and repairs of door automation from the supplier during the contract period in the manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the contract documents. In the event of a call-off order, the supplier shall carry out the assignment in accordance with what is stated in the contract documents. In the call-off document (or in appendices to it), the client will report the scope of the assignment in detail.

Call-offs from the framework agreement relate to lock products and lock services, as well as service, maintenance and repairs of door automation.

The ceiling volume for the entire contract period, including extension clauses for Lund Municipality's framework agreement, amounts to SEK 12 million.

The client does not guarantee any volume and reserves the right to go out with separate procurements where lock services, lock products and door automation are included as part of larger projects, e.g. turnkey contracts for new constructions or renovations as well as maintenance projects.

The supplier is obliged to carry out the assignment in accordance with the customer's call-off.
