The district of Tuttlingen intends to have a medical-nursing centre (MPZ) planned and built by an investor on part of the property at Robert-Koch-Straße 31 in Spaichingen. The MPZ is to become part of an intersectoral health centre. For this purpose, the district is looking for a partner for the following services:
- A partial area is planned for the MPZ, which is to be acquired by the investor. At least 3,000 square meters are available for this sub-area. The remaining area remains the property of the district. The maximum development is based on the building law requirements of the development plan, the initiation decision of which was taken by the city of Spaichingen on 31.01.2023.
- The investor should plan, build turnkey and operate/rent/sell the MPZ with a usable area of at least 3,300 m². The MPZ houses an outpatient surgical centre, a private practice clinic with specified specialities, a pharmacy and a medical supply store, a medical care centre specialising in gynecology, paediatrics, orthopaedics and trauma surgery, a wound centre, an occupational therapy practice, other specialist practices and a gastronomic offer. In addition to the 3,300 m² usable area for the MPZ in the object(s), other uses are possible, optional and in addition both commercial uses and apartments within the scope of what is permitted under public law or other uses from the medical-nursing sector.
- A contract is scheduled to be concluded at the end of 2023, with construction starting in 2024.
