4.1 The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties, the creation and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and the management of waste delivered to PSZOK, from the area of the City of Biłgoraj from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
4.1.1. The scope of the contract includes:
1) receipt of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from residential property owners,
2) receipt of selectively collected municipal waste from residential property owners:
3) collection and management of municipal waste delivered by residents to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK),
4) establishment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the City of Biłgoraj, receiving, collecting and managing residential municipal waste provided by residents or property managers. PSZOK will be a place of assembly and temporary storage

4.1.1. The scope of the contract includes:
1) receipt of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from residential property owners,
2) receipt of selectively collected municipal waste from residential property owners:
3) collection and management of municipal waste delivered by residents to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK),
4) establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the City of Biłgoraj, reception, collection and management of municipal waste provided by residents or property managers. PSZOK will be a place of collection and temporary storage. Waste collected in PSZOK will be transferred to a waste recovery or disposal facility in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699).
5) organizing in the city of Biłgoraj a travelling collection of furniture waste and other bulky waste, metals, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tires from passenger cars, textiles, chemicals and chemical packaging, engine oils, food fats, wood, twice a year. In addition, in January 2024 (within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party) from residential properties to collect, transport and manage Christmas trees issued after the holiday season – bio-waste. Waste collected during roadside collection should be treated as separately collected municipal waste.
6) Establishment and operation in the City of Biłgoraj, from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 15.00, of the Residents Service Office, which will receive complaints from residents, issue bags for selective waste collection and conduct information and educational activities (information and educational leaflets, stickers for containers, distribution of the waste disposal schedule).
