Framework agreement for delivery and system services for Palo Alto Networks products.
Through this framework agreement, existing systems from the manufacturer Palo Alto Networks are to be modernized through purchase. The restoration and maintenance of the operation of the overall solution (existing and new systems) in accordance with the client's business requirements on the basis of defined SLA agreements should be ensured via system service contracts. For the commissioning and optimization of the solutions, services with a high level of system expertise are required. The delivery and services are requested as required using call orders. A minimum purchase volume is guaranteed for year 1 of the contract period.
