Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services with regard to Oisín House, Pearse Street, Dublin 2.:

— Student Residences for circa 260-300 beds (subject to planning) plus administration / support requirements.

— Other activities (possibly at ground and basement level) such as: Student Health Centre, Visitor Centre and Buildings Office Administration with stores/workshops in basement and sports facilities.

It is expected that the gross building area will be circa 11 000 — 12 000 sqm.
