(3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in the Annex. No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions;

Appendix No. 3.2.Description of the standard of forestry technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Wrocław adopted by Decision No. 23/2022 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Wrocław of 17.06.2022 on the introduction of the "Regional description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" together with the amendments introduced by amending decisions;

The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) Procedures for the acceptance of forestry works - Annex 3 to SWZ.

7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts ("Package"). The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for this Package.

8) The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Świeradów Forest District.

9) The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry appropriate for a given package.

Description of the subject of the contract - chapter 3 SWZ.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts - Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law, within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the contract subst. The material scope of services will not exceed 40% of the value of this contract.
