As part of a public tender, general IT and electrical equipment will be offered for the State Museums of Berlin.

The request for proposals refers to the delivery of:

• 1 unit of external SSD, 2 TB,
• 2 units of A3 scanners,
• 25 units of SD card readers,
• 22 units of photo format card readers,
• 2 units of A3 photo printers,
• 2 units of HP Pro Mini PCs,
• 10 units of HP Tower Workstations,
• 2 units of HP Tower Workstation 2,
• 8 units of Nvidia GeForce RTX 3D graphics card (built into workstation),
• 1 unit of A4 (b/w) printer of type HP LaserJet Enterprise,
• 1 unit of A4 (color) printer of type HP Color LaserJet Enterprise,
• 21 units of 27 inch (calibratable) monitors of type Eizo,
• 1 unit of mapping software of type Focus GmbH, metigo-map,
• 6 units of Microsoft Surface Pro tablet computers,
• 1 unit of 3D editing laptop of type HP ZBook,
• 2 units of steam irons,
• 1 unit of defibrillator,
• 1 unit of A3 laminator,
• 113 units of table lamps,
• 2 units of LED spotlights,
• 27 units of LED handheld spotlights,
• 18 units of battery lamps with charging station,
• 9 units of flashlights,
• 4 units of construction lights,
• 4 units of paper shredders, and
• 5 units of radio wall clocks.

The delivery is expected to occur in two parts, with an approximate interval of 6 months between them.
