The object of the tendered service is the operation and support of the above-mentioned websites and the digital communication of the BMDV.
For this purpose, the takeover from the previous contractor (Contractor) and the continued operation of the BMDV websites must be ensured. The following online communications are operated:
- www.bmdv.bund.de,
- www.nakomo.de incl. mobile app application,
- www.nachhaltig-mobil-planen.de (planned go-live June 2024).

After the takeover, the editorial, conceptual and technical support and further development of the websites and, if necessary, other websites are to be ensured by the Contractor. Care and support also refer to the BMDV's social networks.
During the term of the framework agreement, the Contractor may be requested to subject the above-mentioned BMDV websites to a structural, graphic and technical revision (relaunch). The subject of a relaunch can also be the new implementation on a different content management system (CMS) than the GSB 7.5 currently used for. Within the framework of the work package WP 7 Optional Performance Requirements, the Contractor has to work closely with the (Client) to ascertain the functional, design and technical requirements of the BMDV for a relaunch in a structured manner and to draft several concepts and an implementation plan on this basis.
In the course of the contract period, the development and implementation of new satellite pages, topic pages or apps may also be commissioned.
In addition, the BMDV should be able to communicate via social networks as needed, e.g. in the creation of audio-visual content such as graphics and videos, in community management and in the placement of advertisements.

2411/L21 - Framework Agreement on Internet Presences and Digital Communication of the BMDV.
As part of its online communication, the Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport (BMDV) operates the website of the Federal Ministry of www.bmdv.bund.de and the exchange platform of the National Competence Network for Sustainable Urban Mobility www.nakomo.de including a mobile app application, as well as the new online portal www.nachhaltig-mobil-planen.de (see attachment for description) from Q2 2024.
In addition, the BMDV maintains a presence on various social networks. These are a central component of public relations work and an essential communication tool for the ministry. They provide up-to-date and target group-oriented information to citizens, trade visitors and the press about the tasks and policies of the ministry and provide various offers for interested parties.
Other websites on technical topics of the Ministry are currently operated by other service providers and are not the subject of this service description.
