The BWI is considering a framework agreement with an economic operator for subscription for the provision, operation, maintenance, and support of a standard electronic patient record (COTS) in accordance with gematik specifications as a SaaS solution for the implementation of the electronic patient record of the Bundeswehr (ePABw) through a negotiated procedure with a participation competition according to § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV. The contract will be concluded for a duration of up to seven years.
