1. The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory equipment, specifically detailed in the Technical Information Sheet, Appendix No. 1/1-1/10 to the Terms of Reference. 2. The subject of the order must comply with all applicable standards and possess the necessary certificates for trade and use, if required. 3. The name and code of the subject of the order according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 38000000-5 Laboratory, optical and precision equipment (excluding glass) Additional codes for the subject of the order: 30200000-1 Computer devices 50441000-2 Services for the repair and maintenance of research and control equipment 51430000-5 Installation services for laboratory equipment 4. The descriptions in Appendices No. 1/1-1/10 to the Terms of Reference contain minimum requirements regarding the products covered by the subject of the order, which means that the contractor may offer a subject of the order characterized by better technical or operational parameters. 5. To confirm that the offered products meet the client’s requirements, documents indicated for each task must be attached to the offer, as specified in Appendix No. 1/1 – 1/10 to the Terms of Reference. 6. In each case where the client refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, certificates, technical specifications, and technical reference systems in the Terms of Reference, equivalent solutions to those described are permitted. 7. The client allows for the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Article 99, paragraph 5 of the Public Procurement Law, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the client for the subject of the order are minimum conditions that the client will expect to be met. A contractor invoking equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions offered meet the requirements set by the client. In such cases, the contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with their descriptions or standards. 6. The client allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers, with the condition that only one offer can be submitted for each of the tasks listed below. The subject of the order has been divided into 10 parts: Task 1 – Mass spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma ICP-MS with additional equipment, installation, commissioning, and training for the client’s employees - 1 pc. Task 2 – Chromatograph coupled with a single quadrupole mass spectrometer with additional equipment, installation, commissioning, and training for the client’s employees - 1 pc, Task 3 - Liquid chromatograph integrated with a dual-wavelength UV/VIS detector and a fluorescence detector - 1 pc. Task 4 - Device for performing qualitative and quantitative PCR reactions in real time along with a starter kit (96-well block; laptop with software; system operating manual; starter reagent kit: control kit, SYBR Green, strips/plates, film applicator) - 1 pc. Task 5 - Liquid chromatograph integrated with a dual-wavelength UV/VIS detector, fluorescence detector, and photodiode - 1 pc. Task 6 - Low-temperature freezer (cryogenic freezer) with additional equipment (metal shelving, cryogenic boxes, and an emergency temperature maintenance system along with a CO2 cylinder) - 1 pc. Task 7 - MALDI TOF mass spectrometer with a clinical base (IVD) and scientific (RUO) - 1 pc. Task 8 - Automatic system for microorganism identification and drug susceptibility testing - 1 pc. Task 9 - Real-Time PCR system with a thermoblock for 96 samples - 1 pc. Task 10 - Microbiological air sampler with interchangeable heads - 1 pc. In the event that the client does not receive public funds for financing the order, the procedure will be canceled based on Article 257 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024.1320 as amended).
