Description:
Geotechnical and environmental engineering services are required for residential construction projects, including investigations, planning, management, and documentation, with a focus on handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Geotechnical subsoil investigations in advance of new residential construction projects
- Planning and execution of grid field, in-situ, and bulk/container sampling for waste declaration
- Building pollutant investigations in deconstruction projects including analytics (e.g. creation of pollutant registers)
- Planning and tender services to support the planning offices of the client in the preparation and evaluation of tenders for soil excavation, pollutant remediation, and deconstruction works
- Preparation of deconstruction and disposal concepts, as well as items for performance specifications
- Specialist construction management for soil excavation, pollutant remediation, and deconstruction works
- Waste management and deputy electronic proof of verification (ZEDAL)
- Preparation of final documentation

Within the framework of the construction plan valid for the current calendar year, the aforementioned engineering/consultancy services are necessary for individual construction measures in the field of new construction.

Per construction planning year, approximately 5 individual construction measures are anticipated.

The selection of the framework contract partners (number 2) is based on the fee proposal. The allocation of the individual projects after awarding the contract to the framework contract partners will, if possible, be evenly distributed among all framework contract partners as the respective need arises.

The contractor must be capable of handling multiple projects in parallel, as work on several projects can start simultaneously during the contract period. The response time from the service call to the planning start must occur within 5 working days.
