As part of this procurement procedure, the contracting authority aims to conclude a supply contract for the investment objective “Extension of smart solutions for the digitization of the urban transport system in the city of Beclean”: Lot 1 – Smart passenger information systems (LED display board for bus stops) Lot 2 – Fare solutions (machine and ticket validator and recharge transport cards) Lot 3 - Smart parking solutions (infrastructure including sensor system, parking barriers, automatic charging solutions) The estimated value of the products to be supplied is 2,461,350 lei excluding VAT, according to financing contract no. 145264/21.12.2022 concluded between the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, and UAT City of Beclean. The estimated values for each lot are as follows: Lot 1 – Smart passenger information systems (LED display board for bus stops) – 500,000 lei excluding VAT Lot 2 – Fare solutions (machine and ticket validator and recharge transport cards) – 400,000 lei excluding VAT Lot 3 - Smart parking solutions (infrastructure including sensor system, parking barriers, automatic charging solutions) - 1,561,350 lei excluding VAT The equipment to be delivered under the contract for each lot is listed below: LOT 1 - Smart passenger information systems (LED display board for bus stops) – 20 pcs LOT 2 - Fare solutions (machine and ticket validator and recharge transport cards) – 3 pcs LOT 3 - Smart parking solutions (infrastructure including sensor system, parking barriers, automatic charging solutions) – 2 pcs Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 10 days. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests sent on the 6th day before the deadline for submitting offers. For clarification requests received after the above deadline, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
