The subject of the order is the delivery of medical devices and medical furniture, classified as medical products within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022, on medical products (Journal of Laws 2024 item 1620, as amended), hereinafter referred to as “devices” to the Health Care Facility Team in Cieszyn.
