The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) has launched a multi-year development programme to develop the FCCA's big data capabilities. The programme consists of several sub-projects, one of which is the development of the Agency's document management and confidentiality assessment with stakeholders.
The object of this tendering process is an information system consisting of a secure collaboration solution ("workspace") and a document management system operating in the background. The collaboration solution must enable effective dialogue between the FCCA and companies and/or their attorneys (law firms or law firms). At a later date, it must also be possible to develop the acquired system to replace the FCCA's current case management system. The case management system can be purchased from the selected bidder as an option.
The workspace solution is estimated to have approximately 20 internal and 20 external FCCA users. The document management solution has approximately 240 internal FCCA users. The required system delivery (including a secure workspace and document and case management system), maintenance (4 years) and further development (50 - 100htp) is estimated to cost approximately EUR 900,000 in total.
