The subject of the tender is a relaunch of the software toolset PMO Dashboard. The toolset includes the Dashboard and Presenter web interfaces, as well as the PMO Dashboard mobile app. It is to be developed into a holistic, efficient and user-friendly portfolio management tool that meets the requirements of modern project management practices. The program should be kept as standardized and simple as possible, but still look modern and appealing. The aim is to increase customer satisfaction and to distribute the tool throughout Germany.
