The purpose of this consultation is to acquire, for the GREMAN UMR7347 laboratory, an XPS set comprising a photo-electron spectrometer, an X-ray micro-source and a motorized sample holder, all controllable for a single software.
This assembly will be integrated into a chamber within the laboratory and supplied by the latter in mu-metal, specially designed to receive this assembly and connected to the depot frame. Training in the use of the set will need to be provided.
