The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of: medical systems divided into: Package No. 1 – intraoperative parathyroid identification system, Package No. 2 – endoscopic capsule system for the small intestine, Package No. 3 – system for evaluating screening mammography of artificial intelligence program, capsules for the small intestine to the endoscopic capsule system of the small intestine from Package No. 2 – Package No. 2A in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Price Offer - Detailed description of the subject of the order. Applies to Package No. 1, 2, 3 The order also includes: 1. installation and commissioning, 2. delivery of software with indefinite licenses, 3. staff training on the operation and practical use of the system, after prior written arrangement of the date with the Ordering Party, ending with the signing of the "Instruction Protocol", 4. transfer for use along with all required approvals, certificates, 5. 24-month warranty calculated from the date signed by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party and Contractor of the "Final acceptance protocol of the subject of the order", 6. warranty, 36 months of post-warranty service under which the Contractor provides system service at the offered price, including: a) inspections, if required by the manufacturer, b) repair and replacement of parts with brand new ones, c) all repairs, inspections, maintenance along with spare parts and materials needed to carry them out, d) extension of warranty for the time of system malfunction, in the case of warranty repairs, e) total system malfunction, (in case of failure/malfunction) shall not exceed 20 working days in 12-month periods, malfunction means lack of system functionality for more than 8 hours during the day, f) response time of the service to the report with taking up the repair (not longer than 48 hours on working days i.e. from Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays) calculated from the day of reporting the failure, including also the malfunction referred to in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ in Package No. 3. Applies to Package No. 2 A – detailed implementation conditions are specified in Appendix No. 6C to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the proceedings based on Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party allows submitting partial offers for complete Packages No. 1 and No. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow submitting partial offers in the scope of Package No. 2 and Package No. 2A. The division of the order in this case is not possible due to maintaining system compatibility with the capsule. The Ordering Party does not allow submitting variant offers.
