Supply of hardware and software equipment necessary for the implementation of the Integrated Information System within the project 'Increasing the level of digitalization at the 'Prof. Dr. Panait Sîrbu' Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology' in the quantities and conditions provided in the specifications. According to art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement (as amended by the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), correlated with the provisions of art. 27 of the Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification (if these have been received in time), on the 15th day before the established deadline for submission of offers in the Participation Notice. The number of days until clarification requests can be made before the deadline for submission of offers: 25 days.
