The procurement of services aimed at: Consulting services for the development of a Study/Strategy for the implementation of the Program 'Improving Access to the Bucharest Metro Network', technical assistance and supervision.
The program to be implemented by METROREX S.A. consists of two components:
Component 1: Consultancy and technical assistance regarding the improvement of access to the metro, which will also generate the input data necessary for the development of the documentation related to Component 2.
Component 2: Development of technical projects and procurement of necessary equipment as well as the implementation of identified measures (hard and soft measures).
Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 20.
The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 11th day before the established date for the submission of offers.
Requests for clarification regarding both this awarding documentation and the evaluation of submitted offers will be addressed, in Romanian, exclusively in SEAP, considering the response timeframe provided in articles 172-173 of Law no. 99/2016, with METROREX S.A. not responding to requests made through any communication method other than that established by the awarding documentation.
The contracting authority will only respond to requests for clarification addressed by economic operators until the established deadline.
Responses to requests for clarification will be published in Romanian, in SEAP.
