Supply of hardware and software solutions to implement 5G telematics systems aimed at enhancing road safety and driver awareness in Bílina through new traffic detectors and a digital traffic data center.

The purpose of this public procurement is to supply HW and SW solutions to ensure the implementation of the project "Utilization of 5G Telematics Systems to Enhance Road Safety and Driver Awareness" (reg. no.: CZ.31.6.0/0.0/0.0/23_087/0008875), co-financed through the National Recovery Plan (NPO), 2nd call - Demonstrative Applications of the 5G Network Ecosystem for Smart Cities, Municipalities, and Regions (1.4.1.6). The subject of the public procurement is the utilization of 5G technology aimed at increasing the level of safety and awareness of road participants in the city of Bílina. This will be achieved by installing new traffic detectors, including associated technological components, and establishing a digital traffic data center for data analysis. The partial objectives of the public procurement include analyzing traffic transit volumes, quantifying the number and type of passing vehicles, and collecting data for advanced analytical operations. The fulfillment includes the supply of intelligent detection points at the city entrance. The goal is not only to collect data but also to create tools for communication with road participants, integrate traffic information from various sources, and provide data and information services to the city and its residents.
