The procurement procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2.1° of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is a framework agreement, concluded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement will lead to the issuance of purchase orders, according to the terms specified in the Particular Administrative Clauses Specification (CCAP). The framework agreement is multi-awarded (3), with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of €3,000,000 excluding tax during the potential duration of the contract (48 months), all holders combined, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Qualification certificates are mandatory and can be subject to equivalence (Article 6.1 of the RC)
