AIMS (anesthesia information management system) according to § 19 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 3 KHSFV (funding element 3 of the KHZG)(#IAP-0822).
Delivery, installation and commissioning of an integrable AIMS (anesthesia information management system) in accordance with § 19 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 3 KHSFV (funding element 3 of the KHZG) for the Albertinen Hospital in Hamburg-Schnelsen. The aim of this project is to procure, implement and maintain a multi-client AIMS (Anesthesia Information Management System) in German for the Albertinen Hospital in Hamburg-Schnelsen, which digitally maps the entire work process (premedication, induction, surgery, recovery room, transfer to the intensive care unit, transfer to the normal ward, discharge of outpatients) of anesthesia from a medical and nursing point of view. This includes a high (bidirectional) integration into the existing systems (e.g. HIS - iMedOne, PDMS intensive care unit - LowTeq, medication management - AiD clinic, laboratory - iXServ, PACS - JiveX, patient education system, etc.). Double data collection should be avoided and the legal documentation obligations must be met. Documentation on mobile devices must be possible. The integration of medical devices (anesthesia devices Atlan - Dräger, Leon plus - Löwenstein, Philips Monitoring, Alaris Perfusoren) is also absolutely necessary for automatic data transfer. Individual configurations of times to be documented with immediate data transfer to the OR documentation should be possible, as well as the admission of emergency patients without patient data. The generation and export of the DGAI's core data set on anaesthesia is supported as well as a summary of continuing education content. A summary of the premedication visit and the entire anesthesia process is automatically transferred to the HIS according to defined rules. A high degree of flexibility in functions and interfaces, user-friendliness, performance and the implementation of a failure concept is required. It is also of great importance to the customer that the history of the legacy data from the source system is migrated to the new system. The AIMS is to be operated "on premises". Key figures: - Approx. 17,000 operations and interventions per year by approx. 75 anaesthetists - Specialist departments: 13 - Beds: 770 - Full inpatient cases (2021): 25250 Scope: Induction rooms: 8 Operating theatres 17 External anaesthesia workstations: 4 AWR places incl. holding area: 44
