The subject of the present procurement procedure is the procurement of a vehicle service provider for the cleaning of vehicles for the Mainz Transport Company mbH. The advertised activities include refueling and cleaning the vehicle fleet as well as regular maintenance and service work, which must be carried out according to specific requirements and schedules. All vehicles that go into line service must be in optimal driving and cleaning condition.
Currently, Mainz Mobility manages 160 buses and 41 trams. The depot extends over a bus and a tram section, which is interrupted by a public road. The vehicles must be maneuvered between the two areas via the public road in part.
The service provider will be provided with the following premises on the Mainz site:
• Room 715 (Office)
• Room KOM-Storage 1
• Room KOM-Storage 2
• Room Strab-Storage 1
Availability and flexibility: Ensuring the availability of personnel and resources to provide the services even at short notice and with flexibility.
From Mon-Fri, a total of at least 12 employees must be available at the following times:
• 1P with qualification level 1 from 8 am, 1P with qualification level 3 from 10 am,
• 2P with qualification level 4 from 1 pm, 1P with qualification level 2 from 3 pm-10:30 pm,
• 4P with qualification level 4 from 6:30 pm, 2P with qualification level 2 from 6:30 pm, 1P with qualification level 3 from 9 pm.
Total employees Mon-Fri are at least 12 persons.
On Sat/Sun and public holidays, a total of at least 9 employees must be available at the following times:
• 2P with qualification level 2 from 9 am
• 1P with qualification level 3 from 1 pm, 5P with qualification level 4 from 6 pm
• 1P with qualification level 2 from 8 pm
Total employees Sat-Sun are at least 9 persons.
This is a proposed concept.
For each shift, at least five persons with a valid bus driver's license must be available.
The annexes "B3_Entry List_MoFr_Stand_25102024" and "B4_Entry List_Sat_Stand_25102024" show the respective incoming vehicles and their times. In the annex "B5_Annual Overview Service 2023", the activities of the business year 2023 are presented. Based on these lists, a sample business day can be designed.
