Description:
The contract involves supplying IT and communication equipment, including installation, training, and maintenance services, for the modernization of digital infrastructure at Adjud Municipal Hospital, divided into five specific lots.

The object of the future contract consists of the supply of IT&C equipment and related/supplies, hereinafter referred to as products, necessary for the Contracting Authority to achieve the HARDWARE infrastructure related to the project "Modernization of IT systems and digital infrastructure at Adjud Municipal Hospital", divided into 5 lots, including the associated services of installation, commissioning, training of personnel for use, maintenance, and service during the warranty period of the equipment.

The estimated total value of the medical equipment related to the 5 lots is 600,088.50 lei (excluding VAT), of which:
For LOT 1: "AIO Computers" - estimated value: 296,340.00 lei
For LOT 2: "Network Equipment" estimated value: 123,475.00 lei
For LOT 3: "Label, wristband and RFID printers" estimated value: 54,329 lei
For LOT 4: "Info Kiosk" estimated value: 59,268.00 lei
For LOT 5: "Access control system" estimated value: 66,676.50 lei

The technical specifications of the products can be found in the technical sheets in Annex 1 to the Specifications.

In applying the provisions of Article 161 paragraph (2) and Article 161 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority establishes the following deadlines regarding requests for clarification:
a) deadline for receiving requests for clarification: 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers;
b) deadline in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.

AIO Computers.
Supply of AllInOne Computers (40 pcs) and accessories for specific operation according to the details in the specifications.


LOT-0002
Network Equipment.
Supply of Firewall/Router/load balancing (1 pcs) and Switch 24 port Gigabit POE (10 pcs) according to the details in the specifications.


LOT-0003
Label, wristband, and RFID printers.
Supply of Lab label printer (6 pcs), Pharmacy label printer (2 pcs), Patient identification wristband printer (4 pcs), Metal and non-metal RFID printer (1 pcs), according to the details in the specifications.


LOT-0004
Info Kiosk.
Supply of Info Kiosk (1 pcs), according to the details in the specifications.


LOT-0005
Access control system.
Supply of access control system (1 pcs) and RFID/NFC access control system (20 pcs) according to the details in the specifications.
